It’d be pretty obvious if the teenage arc were over. We’d see their last interaction, followed by a timeskip before the story jumps to the present-day adult arc. If that transition happens before they’ve permanently parted ways, then I’d say the teenage arc isn’t over yet.

Why in tarnation are no episodes being released on WeTV? What’s going on? Is it going to be released only on CCTV-1 for domestic audience, not on WeTV for global audience anymore? If somebody is fluent in Mandarin, they can watch its live stream on CCTV website.

Question for novel readers: Is this story structured like Dazzling, where most of the narrative focuses on the characters’ teenage years and only a smaller portion follows them into adulthood?

I also noticed it has a lot of inner dialogue. I was watching it without headphones, and there was a lot of noise around, so I couldn’t really follow some of the conversations just from the subtitles. I was like, “Wait, what’s happening?” lol.

Six episodes in, and I’m loving it so far, especially the personalities of both leads! Is it just me, or did anyone else notice that some of the editing felt a bit choppy here and there? Other than that, awesome!

Six episodes? Damn, that’s awesome! I’m so seated for this, can’t wait to binge them this evening! I love the romance + sports combo. I absolutely loved it in AASOL and Weightlifting Fairy. I don’t know much about football, but hey, I do know the offside rule, lol. Hopefully this show levels up my football knowledge a bit!

I can understand his father not being fine with his ideas, but constantly belittling him, hitting him, calling him useless, and comparing him with Zhang Du is too much. I’m pretty sure it’ll all be brushed aside and painted as his father’s “tough” love, lol.

The cast list needs to be changed. Those two can’t be the only main leads. This one has many main leads based on the characters’ screentime.

After reading the synopsis and watching the trailer, I’m seated for this one!

Because the coach (the ML) has that dynamic with the students he coaches. It’s not about ML-FL relationship.
