I think he loved FX’s mom the most though. I think it’s complicated by the fact that emperors always feel threatened by talented sons, but I think he does love him because his mom was so special, and he is also special.

Yang Mi’s character alone drives me insane. She has no common sense, no morals, no consideration for the consequences of her actions. She totally ignores her shifu over and over and over again. I really just can’t with this character.
