IDK why all the comments seems to find this drama boring or silly, but im really REALLY enjoying it. I love historical dramas and seeing bridal selection processes in shows. I also love the idea of changing your fate. I was hooked from episode 1, and binge watched the show. I ma excited for the final episode, and I think 2 episodes isn't enough to finish the story without rushing it. I agree it is sappy and some things are odd, but its about her life in a novel, of course its sappy and cliche.
He did recognise her. That is why she kept asking him in ep 10 who she is. He just didnt understand how its possible…
She should have, but I'm guessing the writers might be suggesting that when she cut off all her memories of herself, she completely lost herself and her identity. She stooped living for herself and focused on her husband, and continue living, to the point she completely forgot herself.
This drama was was soooo draggy. Ep11 was the best, everything else felt like filter material. But my favorite character is the pastor and sonia the cat.
How is this possible that ko nak joon didn't recognised somi as haesook????? IT IS NOT COMMON TO FORGET YOUR WIFE'S…
He did recognise her. That is why she kept asking him in ep 10 who she is. He just didnt understand how its possible that both women are her, cause he was certain the old lady was 100% his wife.
It's slice of life, they rarely have a concrete direction
That's very true, and maybe I just had much greater expectations for this show. But I think the main thing that drives a slice of life is how invested you are in characters, I feel like there just isnt enough work put behind building each character. Hopefully this picks up in the final 6 episodes.
This show is good and keeps ur attention. But my biggest problem is that it seems directionless, like there's no real direction of final destination behind it. I feel like its trying its best to be woke and give lessons to the viewers, but they haven't made the viewers invested in the individuals involved with the lesson, so the final lesson is impact-less. Like the dog one would be the most impactful, but even then, it just wasn't a big lesson. Every episode feels like a filler, but saying that feels too harsh cause Its made me cry multiple times.
what is the secret tell us ? i'm spoiler lover so i don't mind
I watched the entire show, but there was no secret behind the company from what I saw. they were just hiding it from the public because it would be such a scandel. Apart from that everyone else basically has their own secret,
Im surprised loads of people are saying it boring. Its just a slow-burn, and it a show to watch during a calm state. Personally I really enjoyed it and even the pace. It felt perfect for a warm cosy day at home. I loved Gong Yoo's acting and the romance between ML and Fl was really sweet. The 2nd leads development was so interesting and so was her character. Some part of the story line could have been developed more though.
parts of the main plots were left unanswered and rushed. Very disappointing by that. But I love the ML and FL and their acting so i still enjoyed watching this show
