goodbye guys! gotta log out from this app and enjoying the last few episodes without spoilers. will comeback again once i finished watching the last episode (which im not sure when). regardless, of what’s coming and what’s going to be the ending, i truly have fun watching this drama and interact with you guys. this one surely will be missed. i love them so much that it hurts thinking it’s going to end soon. i hope things going to end well for them, we got the proper closure we all been waiting for.
and i hope they will find happiness, the sense of belonging, the love they been waiting for and i hope any decisions they took, will be done out of love and no lingering regrets at the end. i am not going to regret watching this, it’s going to be 10/10 for me regardless. okay bai 😭

i must give credit to GJM for the fact that he believed in Dudu’s talent and potential. plus, he gave her the exact role which she’s very excelled in it (which is studying, a bookish person).
i remember in tian jia rui’s interview he said, if he can learn one thing from each of the cast members, he would want to learn how to be an academic achiever like Dudu. and we see, how fitted this role with CDL. and so far, we had been shown plenty of her cleverness. and i think she did really great as wen xiao.
i think the whole baize thing is biased against demons as it only punish demons.....Its not that only demons hurt…
i think Baize Goddess only meant to punish and suppress the demon (if they make havoc) not the human. she need to take care of the wilderness, to make sure that demon can exist with the human and didnt cause any disaster. human, on the other hand, rely on their own system, like the kingdom and dynasty written law.
because i still remember in recent episode, zhu yan said to wen xiao; “you’re now a baize goddess, many great and little demons are watching you. you must live. they all rely on you to protect them.” he didn’t mentioned the human. hence, from what I understand, her job is to protect the beings in wilderness. not the human.
