I don't understand how can she be this ok with Qi Yan & Yan Zhi marriage, I hate the firefly part, it was just like I was heartbroken for her but she was completely ok :| Hope for a good explanation .

B) about Cheng Ruo Yu's character I never thought there would be even more reason why her character is like this. I love this drama. Prince An" Is she going to cut out my brother's heart?", " Madam Cheng said, that she especially prepared Cheng Ruoyu to cut out my brother's heart." So I think Cheng xi raised cheng Rou yu according to Qi Yann's ideal type because she wants to use her against him. P.s: I think this makes Ruo Yu's uncle royal relative after all .🤣

I mean she is slowly picking up the pieces of his shattered soul and putting them back together and make him whole again Is it less admirable than being manipulative??

I’m not going to talk about Female lead's acting I just want to share my thoughts about her character I don’t think she is dumb, it’s just that she’s not a good strategist so she can’t see the bigger picture and think ahead of time because of this she might look reckless and dumb to some people. If we consider her background it’s understandable, she never had learned strategy in Violet Burea they only teach them material arts and swordsmanship and on top of that she was never involved in politics so never felt the need to learn. I think the fact that everyone else around her is a good strategist make the female lead pop in a bad way even more, from the start, they were in this kind of environment so they slowly learn the strategy and politics. also the female lead Doesn't have any kind of goal in her life so far except Being with her aunt I guess. So even though the female lead is not strong at strategy she has other good qualities, for example, she's responsible, loyal, honest, brave and one of the strongest swordsmen out there I mean at least they say so. I think they are the qualities that male lead needs the most I mean he needs at least one person that he can trust and share his thoughts with, in this big world.
