Alice boy from wonderland is a mysterious story because in this movie hye joong often sees nightmares and in order to escape from this nightmares she went to wonderland where she met hwan and soo ryun who are familiar with her.......she has to find the missing thing from there......she atlast find that it was she who killed hwan when she is a small child while playing with the baby hwan.........the story goes in a mysterious way althoughsome parts are predictable...but still we enjoy that film so much..... I didn't like it
I do not know how I watched this and sat through all of the confusion it got me.I watched this because the title of it really got to me like i was hooked just by it and it the summary looked so good and the top two reviews seemed to like it but i did not know what I was getting myself into when I watched it. Hate is a strong word for it, i just didn't like it and it bored me so much.
Something about the lightnening in it and their low voice in acting and the story being slow and confusing,, i don't know i just didn't find it that interesting to watch . it didn't start out strong to begin with and it's really confusing in general.

Story goes on by our female lead had a night mare which actually cause a real death of people in real life. So, to find the main cause of the night mare and to recover her forgotten past memories. She goes on a trip to a cottage where in the past she had spend holidays with her family. There she meets our male lead who runs the cottage " Wonderland" and by recovering the memory falls in love with him. Through some mystery events happening around her and comes to realize that she is living in the paranormal world of her own past. Where, how she met our male lead and the cause of his death. The story goes on by explaining that for a ghost to reincarnate to a new world then he/she's love of the living person should remember their love towards the death person even though know one in the worlds knows about the dead person.
Well I should say this story is slow moving, emotional, romance, and a bit scary. If people who love to watch horror i would definitely recommend it. Kindly note that you cannot be distracted while watching this movie as even a small scene is missed you could feel difficult to understand theme.

Tension, Nightmares, Dream Reality. Blood, Beautiful AND Nothing You Expect.
I hope potential viewers read many of the reviews for a more balanced understanding of what is ahead of them. (I usually prefer not to be influenced and didn't read until afterwards.)If you haven't watched many surealist films (there are actually many) perhaps it will be confusing. There are in a way more than one story being told. The linear movement that leads to the change of location and gives the main character her instructions AND the story which is contained within the nightmares and flashbacks of the main character. The nightmares become clues for the viewer despite not yet being clues for the dreamer. There are also clues to look, AND listen for in the dreamy reality of the daytime scenes.
Some have complained about the subtitles but I didn't even notice. In most dramas or films I usually have to rewind several times to catch what is said.
The music is a nonentity except for the occasions where it is performed by a character. This is when the subtitles are a bit more difficult.
The cinematography is beautiful.
In my opinion the acting was great.
I liked the script.
Therefore I think the director did a great job.
Some reviewers thought there was not enough fleshing out of the family members shown in the actual memories. I suggest this be interpreted as how the main character experienced those people.
Rewatch potential; immediately after watching I thought, well if I could see it on a larger ( TV ) screen rather than my tablet I might.
After reading many of the reviews I feel more eager to watch again.

Beautiful and Twisted Take on Alice in Wonderland
The casting for this film was definitely perfect, and they each performed their roles too well. The music, visuals and acting was stunning. It's a very beautifully shot film, and there was a lot of keen eyes for details. This is one of those types of films you /really/ have to pay attention to to understand the progressing story. It's not too fast or too slow paced, by at least 20 minutes into the film you're already in another world, but there are a lot of hints to look out for, especially of how the movie was put together. The movie starts off a bit tense, but the phycological horror aspect catches up quick before you even realize. It was my first time watching Hong Jong Hyun in a movie, and he was soo adorable as Hwan! Overall, this movie stays as one of my /weirdly/ comfort movies... and I've already watched it 3 times. Definitely high rewatch value for a stunning film.Was this review helpful to you?
***The cinematography is absolutely beautiful for the film. There is no doubt that the location is meant to be a hidden wonderland in the real world.***
Acting: This is not the best acting on the parts of the main cast, but it was well suited for the script. I think the actors did their parts as well as they could with what was scripted. The chemistry that develops between Hong Jong Hyun and Jung So Min is a little fast, and it could have benefitted from a few more details but the ending ties up the loose ends well enough before leaving you slightly frustrated.
Musc/Sound Effects: Pretty great! The overall soundtrack, vocal and instrumental, is very nice. It is a soundtrack I would love to download if I could find it. The songs are well placed and even aid in the plot and relationships between characters. The sound effects are very well done. Everything amplifies the experience, creating moments of intense thrill and softer moments of melancholy. This is one of the best features of the film I think.
Rewatch: Honestly, I would rewatch this film multiple times because of everything you can experience and what you can take away each time. This is a film that contains enough hidden details and vague moments that you can understand more each time it is watched. If anything, you should at least watch it once.

Visually pleasing and great film
Watched it because of the FL and what a great film it was.FL, is great as a person who dreams about killing peoples, and can not understand why and who they are that she is killing in her dreams. She is suffering from self harm and it’s been getting worse. She lives with her aunt who wants to desperately help her. Aunt and her Sharman friend trying to help her to overcome her nightmares. A mystical film, that was so good I had to watch it straight again, in case I have missed anything from the storyline. The acting of the FL and the ML were very convincing. Visually the film was pleasing with at time dreamlike state. The OST was very nice as I think the ML and the FL sang it, but I might be wrong. Would recommend and would watch again .

Horror Mystery, Romance Tipizz tipizz
Dari segi story menurut aku banyak plot yang bikin penonton bingung, kita harus bener-bener fokus karena kehilangan satu detail kecil akan membuat kita bingung sendiri sama jalan ceritanya. Aku berhasil dibuat bertanya-tanya sepanjang nonton, "kok ini gini?" "Lah, kok jadi gini?" bener-bener bingung. Alhasil harus nonton ulang buat memuaskan rasa penasaran dan menemukan jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang muncul.Untuk pemilihan cast dan actingnya gak perlu diraguin, Somin dan Jonghyun bener-bener gokil. jujur aku nonton ini karena bener-bener ngefans sama Somin dan gak kecewa lihat acting dia disini. Ditambah chemistry dia sama Jonghyun pecah sih, untuk movie yang romannya tipis-tipis gini udah mantul.
Overall, menurut aku cukup buat ditonton sekali aja kalau kalian gak bingung sama plot storynya. Tapi untuk orang kaya aku, yang gampang bingung sama jalan cerita yang kelempar-lempar ginimending tonton sampai kalian ngerasa gak bingung dan menemukan jawaban setiap pertanyaan yang muncul ketika kalian nonton pertama kali.
