After a long night fighting off attempts on his life, Xiao Bao manages to fool the Empress Dowager again. Kangxi Emperor summons Xiao Bao and discovers that the assassins are actually from Mu Residence. However, keeping both Wu and Mu families in check, the young Emperor devises a scheme to blackmail Wu Ying Xiong. After the failed assassination, Xiao Bao is invited to meet Mu Jian Sheng to settle an old score. (Source: Viu)
