Episode Title: Dangerous
Ki Joon finds out that Do Hyun was involved in a scandal at a hospital with a psychiatrist called Ri Jin. Do Hyun started experiencing co-consciousness and seeing Se Gi in real life. Do Hyun asks Ri Jin to stay away and never meet him again to protect her from Se Gi. Ri Jin receives a call from Chief Ahn because Do Hyun is missing.
Meanwhile, Do Hyun finds himself in his grandmother's house and notices a hidden message chalked onto the floor: “I’m NANA,” accompanied by a drawing of a teddy bear. Do Hyun's mother threatens CEO Tae Im that she will reveal Seungjin Group’s worst secrets if she insists on kicking her out. Do Hyun overhears the last of this encounter and asks his mother about his lost memory.
She pretends that she is bluffing to stay alive in the household. Do Hyun tells Dr.Seok that a new personality of a young child appeared and that he has never seen it before. Do Hyun starts seeing Se Gi again, and Se Gi takes over and goes to meet Ri Jin.

Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 4 Reactions
Yet another personality! Gosh I feel like if he does not find out about his past he might develop more and more to cope with it unitl eventually he just migh have to be admitted to the hospital :/
Her Co-workers though hahahahaha not even trying to be subtle! I'm glad she knows officially that Do Hyun has multiple personalities before she falls to deep in love with his other persona. They have such a fun interaction here...he is so shy but agrees to pretend to be her boyfriend and meet everybody so that they can all eat their words about making fun of her the last time she was stood up. In the end her plan backfired a bit because rather than making them feel sorry about laughing Do Hyun basically compliments everyone on her behalf and she gives him WTF looks the entire time. ..which of course makes me laugh.
I love her supposed twin brother as well...I'd totally date him haha but it seems that we are getting clues that they may not be related afterall with her mother's defensive behavior and him obviously developing feelings for his 'sister'. I wish it wasn't so but I feel like that's where we are headed (Alas! it wouldn't be a kdrama without the heartbroken yet lovable second male lead!) I also am wondering why he is basically stalking Do Hyun and learning all this stuff in relation to him because it's not like he is a reporter....I guess all shall be revealed later....its taking every ounce of my self control to not keep playing the next episodexD

A new personality? Se gi going out again? This episode was really expecting!
I love how this love line are being formed, I really don't know how it will end but I'm expecting it.
And sorry! I just need say how I love Kim Seul Gi doing a crazy patient Sook hee a hahahahaha
And now exist a mystery around Ri Jin, who is she? She is really the twin of Ri on? And maybe Ri on likes her? OMG this episodes bring me many doubts.

It's exciting seeing how the 'love' rival ( well I think Se Gi is actually interested in her as a woman but I'm not sure...bc of this whole memories thingy and 'I found the girl first' ) is litterly the same person! And additionaly her appearantly step brother loves her too!? Wow! 0.0 Just woooow 0.0 craazey, but I've been waiting for such a scenario! BUt he also seems crazy, I even fear he'll become dangerous...like, obsessed with bc he seems to start havong this 'writer illness' Well just have to somehow stay alive until next episodes are out >_<
