(As much as i don't really like the term) sismance for the win. In both drama the story focuses on a group of friends and how they deal with their everyday issues, romance, relationships as they have reached a certain point of their life and of course the societal expectations that go hand in hand with being a woman.

Both about women in their thirties and their core group of friends who support each other. It is surrounded with career, love, friendships, and overcoming hardships.

Also a lovestory between a older successful woman, falling for a much younger guy. Warm, cosy drama just like Witch's romance.

In both the female lead thinks about more of her job than a relationship. They would do anything to get what they want. But they meet a guy, younger than them, that at first they just use him but later fall in love. They face difficult situations because of the age difference.

Both dramas are about mature women taking their chance at love again. The two lead female work on a tv network and have 2 good single friends. A mix of funny parts and heartfelt moments. Also same area in kdrama timeline.
