I watched this drama to see what the inmense chemistry Hye kyo and Joong ki had, but when I started watching I didn't even feel it. To this day, I don't know why they started dating on the show. The story seemed to start well, but when they reached the base it seemed like the story had halted, and it had to do more with their "chemistry". The second lead couple, had a better structured story and had chemistry to share with the Hye kyo and Joong ki. The final episodes are pretty interesting, but it doesn't really make up for the lack of story during the rest of the 6 or 7 episodes from before. Final comment, the OSTs' were also pretty good to make up the lack of plot.

Was it just me that thought this drama was terrible?
Reasons why this drama was terrible:
1) It was way too cheesy!!!
2) The main characters (Song Joong Ki x Song Hye Kyo)  look like they are related...(even though they are married now).
3) The evil character guy's english/acting was soooox100000000000000000 cringyyyyyyyy!!!!
4) Can't even talk about that ending............................................(when they went to "Vancouver")
5) The story was terrible...expected a lot more since she wrote Gentleman's Dignity

This drama will definitely take you to a higher kdrama level experience. DOTS is about on how can a person could sacrifice for love to the extend give up your life for the sake of the person you love. And also how can two persons living a different way of life can fall for each other. It also have (almost) all kinds of genres. It is melodramatic, romantic-comedy, medical-drama, action, suspense, thriller, etc.


The main actors did their best they can, but not as good as I was expecting. Sye Kyo has only style of acting and Jung Ki is not very dramatic. Maybe you're thinking because he was a soldier here? I also have thought about that but unfortunately he was also stiff on other scenes just like action scenes, serious confrontation scenes etc. Other cast also did their best, it was like they were also main characters of the show, especially the 2nd lead love team. Actually, I shed more tears on their story compared to the story of main characters. I feel sorry for them (specially to the girl) because they really love each other but they just can't be together, I can't tell you why.


That's why this drama is special. This drama is very famous for a reason not just because of the beautiful faces of the main actors. So don't you dare miss this drama, watch this, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
