Zi Mi follows a Wa pirate in secret and stops the said man thereafter. She then figures out a way to see her late father's close friend, Bai Han Lin. She hands the Japanese man to him and begs him to seek revenge for her family who was killed for no reason. Bai Han Lin, together with Zi Mi and three Imperial Court officials, prepares to send a joint petition to the emperor to call out the corrupted officials and avenge the Wang Family. (Source: Viu)
