Four Stars

I appreciate that there are no long-term adversaries in this show. Each relationship between all the different characters keeps changing and evolving as time goes on, so everyone who appears at first glance to be an antagonist slowly morphs into a character with a different role. For Sae Do, it was cheating boyfriend to friend and confidant. Seon Joo went from being the poised, cool, boyfriend's lover to genuine close friend. CEO Eom's ex-wife went from insane jealous separated wife to still insane but less mean ex-wife. Even Kang Teamjang managed to find a somewhat tenuous peace with Dal Ja. Now that things have calmed down a bit with the mothers, it's time for a new adversary to enter the stage: Soo Jin. I really like that not just for the growth we see in the characters but also because entire-show villains can be so very tedious. I don't even like them in crime dramas unless it's exceptionally well done.

That being said, Soo-Jin-like characters drive me INSANE
