Sutekina Sen Taxi Episode 4

While riding the bus after getting fired from his job, Asakura Yohei finds a lottery ticket. He buys a magazine and looks through it while sitting in a park. He finds aout that the ticket he found will get him 100 million. He rides the Sen Taxi to get to the bank that gave out the lottery. On the way he tells his story to Edawakare, who tells him that the lottery he has is from last year. The ticket expires today, so he can get the money only if he retrives the money from the bank before it closes. But they're stuck in a traffic jam and the bank is closing already. Can Asakura Yohei go back in time to get the 100 million?
