Where to Watch Blood Episode 6
Blood Episode 6 Reactions
Part of my need for more on side characters was even answered. A flash back for Jae Wook involving an old patient helped to create some humanity. Though in the end it's clear his old mentor is right, man is delusional and trying to justify his need for power.
I enjoy the medical twist playing out where blood not only becomes Ji Sang's enemy from his need to have it. But because the pills he was taking to suppress the cravings have now made it his weakness by literally making him weak and paralyzing him.
That plus the big play by Jae Wook makes for one heck of an episode, and cliffhanger! And I have to say that despite everything that is going on I'm glad the medical relationship of vampirism being a disease, and the fact that all of the characters here are pretty much doctors, is still very much a part of the show. Medical dramas have always been a weakness of MINE. Toss vampires into the mix, and I'm a happy woman!
On the vamp mytho here's what we know:
- Vampire can't get too hot. (As in normal people temp.)
- UV lights still hurt their eyes, even with Ji Sang's special pills.
- They run cold. (But why sleep on an ice bed and take ice baths? Do they heat up when left to their own devices?)
- Other vampires can sense each other by hearing dolphin like sonar waves.
- Can they control animals? Or just dogs.
- Vampirism is caused by a virus.
- Super strength and speed.
