As the Tianjige deadline approaches, Chu Yu refuses to kill Liu Zi Ye, focusing on changing him instead. When assassins target Chu Yu, Rong Zhi aids her escape. In the palace, Liu Zi Ye torments two princes, but their cunning tactics expose his cruelty. Informed by Fen Di, Zhu Que plans to rescue the princes, recognizing their survival may expose Liu Zi Ye's vulnerability.
