Indeed, Huo Xuan is more compatible with Tne Prince than Mrs. Song. Why? Because Mrs.Song have never been happy in there, just for politics purposes and avoid bloody events. She was raised in a secret sect where she suffered a lot, but also made friends and liked to be an adventurous girl. As for Huo Xuan, since the beginning of this series she is trying to get the prince's attention, but he rejected her and made her go battle to please him. Time passed by and the crazy Ma Xueyun appeared(thank God she is out now) and now the competition is between general Xuan and Mrs.Song.

How did this maddening matter become a comedy so suddenly? I could totally understand Chuyu at first. She didn't even overreact that much. I like how she wasn't just depressed about finding out that he lives another (well what she thinks) but more mad and hurt about how EVERYONE had played her. I can understand that she could misunderstand him for manipulating her for his "ambitions". The more does it enrage me that after she find out about them being previously engaged and thinking he lives the general he doesnt feel the need to beg for forgiveness (for leaving her at the dark and becoming a idiot to the public) and explaining that he truly loves her.
Yes her actions as a Princess are to rushed, she can't do what she wants, but she has the right to at least leave the manor and get Rhong Zhi punished (she is a PRINCESS) But why they are turning it to romance comedy?! With this comedic music at the end and this silly silly game for a man?!
