Hardships continue for the aspiring intern as she makes a mistake that threatens the life of one of the patients and has to report in front of an auditorium of her colleagues and later tries to prove herself with regards to another problematic patient. In the meantime, Dr. Lee tries to engage Gun Wook in establishing a cancer center; Gun Wook is ignited with a new determination to compete with Joong-Geun.
