No Longer Heroine

Akoko and Mitsuki are two childhood friends that are so different, yet they still get along well. What happens when they both catch feelings for the same boy? Of course, they're shaken, but good friends shouldn't fight for a boy... right?

same male lead - Kento Yamazaki ~ high school rom-com
L heart DK based on manga, two high school students lived in the same apartment complex and turn of events male and female lead will share the same apartment room.

Main girl in both are quite exaggerated, although I would say Itazura na kiss is more extreme, but both also have similar plots I guess, same kind of ending I would say.

same feel of comedy and directing style
both manga based
high school rom-com
both movies have the female lead really love or pursue the male lead

In Heroine Disqualified, MC believes her life is like a 'shoujo manga'.
In I'm Underage But I'm Not A Child, MC believes her life is like a 'fairytale storybook'.

The same lead actors. Yamazaki Kento and Kiritani Mirei. So glad that they can work again in one project, they looked so good together in heroine shikkaku

- over the top fl
- fourth wall (NLH fl literally calls herself the heroine and the effects of this movie are very exaggerated like LE)
- ridiculous antics
- lots of fun

First things first the characters arent exactly likeable. You might experience the same kind of irritation. Mind your blood pressure while watching.

Similae vibe school setting with love triangle but mostly with two heroines that are not the heroine because the ML is the true heroine of the story. ^^

Main character had a crush on her childhood friend for the longest time. However, there was a girl he got involved with that he couldn't reject. Leading male's parent also abandoned him at a young age, but meet again years later.
