From the 1st episode of Konin Todoke ni Han wo Oshita dake desu ga, I feel its so familiar plot story.
The ML fall in love with someone that he couldn't have it (his sister in law).
The ML have little bit the same character. The FL have limit time to stay together with the ML.
They have the same basic rule. Don't fall in love by each other when they live in the same roof.

Both cute goofy female leads who are attracted to a
"colder" male lead.

Both have two people ending up living together because of a situation and ending up falling in love with one another.

Two high schoolers share a house, fall in love, and the male lead is super cold and aloof. Kiss Me's main man, played by Mike D'Angelo is a much better character and softens over time.

Yoshikawa Nao stays behind to live by herself when her parents leave to inherit her grandpa's farm in the country. On the day she moves into her new apartment, she discovers that it was also rented to Uehara Hisashi, a cute, super-cool, popular guy from her school. Not only did their housing agency unexpectedly close down, the landlord of the apartment told them that they had to pay more for their apartment than they had expected. With no money and no home to return to, Nao and Hisashi decide to live together as flatmates.

Both feature smart ML and not so smart FL. Both have ML end up tutoring FL at some point. In both the ML and FL end up living together and try to hide it. In both the ML teases the FL. ML acts indifferent towards FL. There are many more similarities.

Well-meaning but socially awkward, Kuronuma Sawako is nicknamed "Sadako" by her high school classmates because of her similar hair style with the main character from the horror movie "Ring." She doesn't have friends and goes about her day in quiet. She admires a fellow classmate, Kazehaya Shota, because of his easy-going and friendly nature, but unknown to her, Kazehaya has also been paying attention to her.

They both go to school and both end up living together - and of course falling in love. The main lead is also smart and tsundere.

Both adorable which feature the two high school aged love interests living together. Serious second male lead syndrome in both.

In TTBY Tae Joon is a popular athlete and Jae Hee is the new girl. In GMC Uehara is one of the "top three" (most popular and handsome) in his school and Nao is a quiet less popular girl with a heart of gold.

I recommend pretty much all adaptations of Itazura na kiss. The personalities of the leads and some elements of the plot are very similar.

They are both fluffy and about a forced living situation, friendship and the male leads are both arrogant and cold.
