Feel Good High School Type
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this drama. Love the chemistry between the ML and FL.What really intrigued me and kept me going the extra mile was the SML. He's an awesome character. Has that daredevil side yet so caring and wise beyond his years. I watched to see who would the FL end with at the end, since FL sometimes would appear to also like SML (receiving gifts from him, go to places with him, talk on phone with him).
ML and FL didn't seem to communicate well with each other, while SML and FL did. Maybe just the age, the personality, who knows. But it was frustrating to watch at times. So many problems can be solved easily by talking but those main leads just don't talk about anything except doing homework together!
Overall, enjoyed watching this. Watched this straight in two days with skipping some side characters bit (otherwise it would be impossible to finish so fast).
Eerily very similar to another Chinese drama Our Secret, which I also wrote a review of last year.
The ending seems to be really rushed. So this drama has 24 episodes. The first 22 episodes were about when they were in high school. The 23rd episode had no ML. The 24th ep was when ML and FL first met again after 10 years. You would thought maybe give them 2 episodes to catch up after those 10 years LOL. Nevertheless the ending wasn't too bad.

Something or a certain emotion is deeply concerned at heart
‘With You’ might be one of my favourite campus youth drama. I like the way the writer no exaggeration to pack the characters, especially the main character. Yuhuai is not a flawless person that would makes you think that he does really existed in our youth, also I love the way the write name the main character as ‘Geng Geng’ & ‘Yu Huai’‘Geng geng yu huai’ is a idiom in Chinese, the meaning of the idiom is ‘Something or a certain emotion is deeply concerned at heart’, in our youth there is such a person that appeared and we cannot forget. Which is also the whole drama tried to convey :*)

Reminisce your own school days.
I just finished this show. I definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it.However there were some issues atleast in my opinion with the show. I see a lot of comparisons with A Love So Beautiful. While I agree with them, there is a lot different with this show as well. And if anyone goes into this show expecting it to be very similar, we'll you'll be surprised to say the least. While there are similarities, there are more difference between the shows. ALSB shows them go through school then college and the final episodes focus on life after. With You is mainly set in High School, the final 2 episodes focus on life after, there is no progression to College and the experience there, the ending of the show felt very rushed and I'm generally not a big fan of open Endings so that also annoyed me.
Second Lead Syndrome will happen without a doubt in this show.
As a romantic, there isn't really much in terms of romance, like you as the audience know the main characters like each other, but they don't kiss until the final episode and even then its an emotional scene and well it left a lot to be desired.

End was messed up
About storyStory about life of students, how they mange to enter in high school and then how they manage to enter the college. For this they work hard according to their potential . Nobody wants to get poor marks because they fear of scolding from their parents so some really do hard work and some do wrong doing .
Positive about drama
1. Each and every character of the drama was very good .
2.like student ,teacher also faced so many hurdles ,their personal and professional life were messed up but still they continue to do work with happy face .
Negative
3. I like the chemistry among the leads .
1. Starting of the drama was not synchronised.
I thought story went in flashback but there is no flashback.
2. Not happy with ending .
This drama needs 2nd season .

Nostalgic, remind me of youth.
I love this drama so much.. such a beautiful story, characters - It reminds me of my old school days in 2000s. The main and support characters played their roles very well. I love their friendship, heart-broken, family issues, study time, the struggle in findings their own dream, career, etc. I cried every time watching their sad scenes, also during the last farewell speech from their classroom teacher telling them not to feel sad on their parting and so many other scenes.I wish to see more scenes of Geng Geng & Yu Huai in adult timeline, perhaps to have 3 more episodes so not to rush their ending? Anyway, I had good feeling watching this drama, so nostalgic, definitely worth a watch! You will definitely enjoy this drama <3

With You focused a little more friendships, and the romance was more of the little things instead of the big grand gestures — and that's the kind of relationship that makes my heart flutter. For that reason, I didn't have SLS at all (just like how I didn't in ALSB).
I'm also someone who HATES time skips, and I was honestly dreading the end of this drama. Surprisingly, I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would, mainly because they didn't drag it out. Still, the time jump opened up so many plot holes and lack-of-communication issues — in my head, I'm just gonna pretend that that part doesn't exist.
The time jump also focused a lot more on the romance than on the friendships, and it delved more into melodrama style. Beta was my favorite side character, and I felt like her plot never got closure both in the friendship and in the romance departments.
Overall, With You had a lot of my favorite cliches, and it managed to pull it off swimmingly. The ending was very reminiscent of a lot of other Chinese dramas that suddenly go from wholesome to angsty — but as a whole I still really loved Geng Geng and Yu Huai, especially during their high school days. And lastly, the OST is AMAZING , but sadly super hard to find.

It have a realistic vibe and I loved the first part of the drama with their friendship , school struggles & one sided love ... but the later part when they were about to graduated I got bored I did not like the story line at that point & also I did not like the leads character development .
It had a really high potential at the beginning , I only gave the 7.0 because I liked the first part of the drama .
Even if this drama was not that bad but I wont rewatch it !!!! someone gave a recommendation to watch this after I've finished " A Love So Beautiful " telling me it have similar vibe , after watching it I disagree it is so different and I totally prefer " A Love So Beautiful " over this one ! .

A drama that won't bore you in any single episode
The drama is kind of similar to A Love So Beautiful, but it is better in every aspect than A Love So Beautiful. The plot is cute and not at all boring or slow. Also, the male and female lead acting is really cute, and the female lead has her own self-respect, which is rare in C-dramas.#One of the best C drama in High school genre
