The Great Shaolin Episode 16

Wu Xiang (Wen Dao) secretly visits the Dharma Courtyard at night, hoping to find some clues about the 18 bronzemen. Abbot Zheng Nian is practicing alone in the courtyard and senses Wu Xiang’s presence. Zheng Nian concedes to telling Wu Xiang the story of the bronzemen. In Luoyang, Yang Xiu meets with the two men Master Tian mentioned. Gao Jian Xiong deploys the 18 walkers to their meeting, ordering put an end to the talk. The next morning, the town is buzzing with news of the two dead men. Gao Jian Xiong arrives to inspect the corpses and his subordinate announces, “only the monks from Shaolin could do that.” The public murmurs, easily lead to false assumptions. Jian Xiong heads to Shaolin with troops. Yang Xiu over hears and understands Shaolin is being framed. Gao Jian Xiong sets guards to permanently watch the Temple and disallows monks from leaving Shaolin. He warns that if anyone else in Luoyang dies by Shaolin technique, the Temple will be held responsible.
