Marry a Husband to Live Episode 16

Liu Hui Rong tells Jia Yu what happened after Zhen Hao’s dad passed away. She single-handedly brought up two children while managing Xingyuanzhai, but Big Aunt and Second Uncle were only concerned about dividing the family assets, causing their relationship to sour. Jia Yu finally understands but hopes that they can mend their ties.  When Second Uncle suffers a stroke, Jia Yu sends him to the hospital. He is touched by her help. Hui Rong rushes to the hospital and pays for his medical fees. Second Uncle finally calls Hui Rong “sister-in-law”. Jia Yu is happy that their relationship is improving.  Zhen Hao finds out the truth about the wedding preparations and confronts Zhen Xin, but she explains that it was the only way they could afford all the expenses. Zhen Hao worries about Jia Yu’s reaction if she finds out, but Zhen Xin tells him to keep it from Jia Yu.  Zhen Xin spends a lot of time chatting online with Shao Xiao Chuan. (Source: Viu)
