Marry a Husband to Live Episode 21

Liu Hui Rong teaches Jia Yu how to be thrifty. She tells Jia Yu how she used to do it and shows her how to get the cheapest vegetables at the market. Jia Yu confides in Zhen Hao and gives the food that Hui Rong prepared for her to Baldy. Hui Rong gets upset when she finds out.  Zhen Hao’s proposal is well received, which causes his colleague Wang Yu Fei to get jealous. He reveals the proposal to a competitor and causes the company to incur losses but pushes the blame on Zhen Hao. Their superior flies into a rage and tells Zhen Hao to stop work. Zhen Hao doesn’t realise the truth and feels confused.  Meanwhile, Jia Yu’s mom sees the video of Zhen Hao and Jia Yu’s wedding online. She realises that the Zhen family used the wedding for financial gain. Angry and shocked, she flies to Beijing with her husband to confront Liu Hui Rong. Jia Yu is frantic and tries to prevent them from meeting. Just then, she runs into Song Xiao Zhuang. Jia Yu enlists Xiao Zhuang’s help to distract Liu Hui Rong. Xiao Zhuang still feels bad about the incident with the USB drive, so she calls Hui Rong and asks her to meet for lunch. Hui Rong is surprised. (Source: Viu)
