Episode Title: Face or heart?
Kyouhei, Ranmaru, Takenaga, and Yukinojou are beautiful, handsome, young men living in a huge mansion. One day, their landlord, whom they call "Auntie", asks them a favor: to make her niece, Sunako, who's going to be living with them, into a respectable young lady. She agrees to make their living expenses free of charge if they succeed, but if they fail, she'll triple their rent.
Because of their confidence in knowing how to deal with women, they agree, but once they meet Sunako, they begin to realize that their lovely living arrangements may soon be in jeopardy. This is because Sunako, the girl in question, is a gothic horror movie freak who looks like Sadako from The Ring. The boys now must start the grueling task of turning the gore-loving girl into a “lady”.

Someone recommended this to me months ago but I didn't watch the first episode until now. I had no idea what to expect from it, and in the beginning I actually wondered if it was supposed to be some kind of horror comedy *lol* but it isn't. It's pretty funny, actually, but very silly... Sunako almost reminds me a bit of the main character in Kimi ni todoke but a lot more over the top. Everything's exaggerated but colorful and shiny and I like it! I think I was just in the right mood for this tonight.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this because I haven't watched the anime and all I've heard from reviews was that it's really funny. So it was a pretty weird first episode because I kept trying to understand the scenario while watching. The synopsis didn't quite make it very clear so I had many "aaaah" moments throughout this... But whenever I thought I understood something another thing came up to confuse me. Or it may just be that I'm really sleepy at the moment lol
I really enjoyed it though, once it got clearer in my head. It feels weird for that type of appearance change to revert so quickly. In most films the person stays that way once they're changed. I'm curious to see how this will develop. And she's so not ugly O.O If that girl is hiding under a cape because she's ugly I should just go live underground -_-
