Five girls in their twenties come to live together in a house called "Belle Epoque," which means "a beautiful time" in French. Each girl has a particular personality, background, and issues. In addition to the five girls, they believe there is a sixth presence - a ghost living in the house, but each sees the ghost differently. As the girls feel a bond of sympathy and become closer, they also deal with their personal issues as they live out their eventful twenties. Unique setup in both of these dramas where there isnt really a primary "main character". The characters in both of these dramas end up having backstories of their own in a slice of life setting. The only difference would be that Prison Playbook kinda has more of a main character, but hes in the background of a LOT (tens and tens) of other people, which he will soon find out their stories as well

I would say the obvious difference would be their age, otherwise both dramas have a strong emphasis on friendship and sisterhood, coming of age for the younger set and coming to terms with their age for the older women.
