I haven’t started the drama as of now. But I get a feeling that Ryu Sung Hoon  is the serial killer in the drama. And probably that is the why the name of the drama is blind as Ryu Sung Joon couldn’t see the true nature of his own brother. So he is not visually blind but he trusted his brother blindly.
