Jin Zhen and Lei Ting both try to get Zhang Deng out of the detention room and in Unit 701. He gets away with a warning and has a serious talk with Jin Zhen. Jin Zhen officially starts his life at the North Campus and angers his new work colleagues with his behaviour. Zhang Deng decides to move Jin Zhen into his own office. Director Wang and Leader Qi come to visit Jin Zhen.
