Yan Xun finds out that A'Chu didn't arrive in Blue City because she went back to Hong Chuan city to protect the people. He dispatches Zhong Yu to take A'Chu back to Blue City but A'Chu refuses, aghast that Yan Xun is using the people of Northern Yan as bait so that he can conquer Wei capital. She relays a message to Yan Xun stating that it is not too late to turn back and save his people and that she will be waiting for him in Hong Chuan. Meanwhile, Yuan Chun mercilessly presses on with the battle, her sight focused on A'Chu.
