It has a similar vibe in regards to an adult noticing a child being abused by her mother and wanting to keep that child safe.

In MFN the ML ends up searching for her after she gets kidnapped. In Mother, the FL kidnaps the child (her student) to keep her safe from a child serial killer who's dating the child's mother.

In both shows the ML and FL put everything they have on the line to get to the child.

The story of a mother who would do anything for her child. Both of these moms meet their children after around a decade of separation.

This drama is also a remake of the same Japanese drama so the plotline should be pretty similar. The premise of both is about a teacher who takes one of her students away from an abusive household.

In the little room they focus more on emotional side of both protagonist.
The mother focuses more on running away from searches.

Bith dramas reamly dig deep between the special bond betwezn a mother nd a child. However what makes Mother different is that the lead takes on a role of a surrogate mother for an abused child, trying to protect her from the corup parents.

Both of them are similar on the aspect that a child is abused by her parents and the female lead takes the responsibility of taking care of that child.

This magnificent korean drama is the second parent story of this adaptation. You can really feel the emotion in the korean one so I recommend it

Both deals with abuse and the flaws of the legal koren legal system. Also the vibe is quite similar I think. I personally found Mother to have more light-hearted moments.
