I feel like surely if Jae Chan knew the time and location of the attack on Hong Ju ahead of time he could have coordinated and planned this all a little better...I also think he could've connected the dots a bit faster if he looked into the tenants of that building. I know he asked Woo Tak to be there with her, but he knew what Kang Dae Hee was capable of. It kind of seems like he made poor decisions and left things til the last moment just for dramatic effect writer-nim...(Even if he didn't make the connection about the poison in time to get a warrant, he should've just gone there and caught him red-handed and arrested him for attempted murder or at least assault right there and then and figured out the poison later after Dae Hee was already safely behind bars)
