While You Were Sleeping

FL has a special ability in both series that has a big influence on the plot. There are mystery elements in both series and ML and FL live next door to each other. ML kind of pushes FL away at the beginning of the series.

Their posters are weirdly similar too lol

Got alike vibe. and theme. Not time travel though.
both are about investigation of :past crime: In both ML and FL are tangled together thanks crime which connects them.

Not similar in plot line at all, the only reason I think one might like this as well is:
-same writer for both shows
-well-written second male lead characters
-If you like Suzy, she is a lead in both
-Beautiful cinematography

The ability to see through the future by the female lead is the main similarity betwen both the dramas, while the male lead helps her to go through these situations.

If you like detective series then you also like "7th grade civil servant". A love story of two person who once started to date but some circumstances aparted them away. But but after their Reunion, very interesting love story, detective part waiting for you.

FL seems to see future in her dreams, then she came into contact with two more guys one of them is ML.
ML helps FL to avoid the scenarios which she saw in her dreams.

Both FL are reporter
Both ML are in the law inforcement (one a prosecutor the other a cop)
The main character are related due to an accident that happened in childhood
There is a love triangle with a nice 2nd lead that isn't toxic.
Supernatural element (One ghost and possession the other seeing the future)
Both have nice romance but it isn't the main plot.
Both have a sort of bromance.
Overall they have a similar vibe while being their own style.

These dramas in my opinion had a similar vibe to them
* Bubbly ,vibrant and headstrong female lead
* Protective and lovable male lead
* Comical supporting characters
* In both the main leads are destined to be together
* supporting parents or parent
And overall if you enjoyed Melting me softly i'm pretty sure you'll like While you were sleeping :)

Both of these dramas involve dreaming, and have supernatural elements. Dreamland is more Inception-like, however.

They are both set in a korean prosecutor office. Both focus on crime. WYWS can be a little on the fantasy side though .

Both have a Character that can see parts of the future, but doesn´t quite know how to influence it - this plays a bigger part in "While you were sleeping"

They both have a undramatic Love Triangle, that resolves itself.
