Samo is embarrassed while Dongsoo pays courtesy. Dongsoo, holding back Miso, sees the sheet of ginseng. At that moment, Dongsoo asks what it is, saying he hasn't seen it before. Miso, as if missing her, says it's ginseng Jiseon has been cultivating. Meanwhile, Dongsoo searches the front quarters of the palace and teacups cleared away are visible. He enters further and finds King Yeongjo, Kwangtaek, Jeongjo and the queen lying unconscious. He briefly looks at the queen then approaches her outright to feel her pulse. Everyone reels in shock, including Sanggak who can't help himself from calling out, 'Dongsoo!'
