Wanting to have Mu Le all to herself, Shui Yue sows discord between Mu Le and Yuan An. She convinces Mu Le to renounce his feelings for Yuan An while expressing her fondness for Mu Le. In the end, Yuan An gives Mu Le to Shui Yue, believing that both of them have developed feelings for each other. Mu Le grows suspicious when he notices Shui Yue’s face swaying bizarrely as if she’s wearing a mask.
