Wu Ji causes a ruckus when he uses unconventional methods for choosing his harem. Prefect Xiping and his daughter are slighted but Wu Ji adds her late to his harem on purpose to facilitate animosity between Qi Zhen and Prefect Xiping. Zong Yue recognizes Qi Yun at a restaurant, his childhood friend and also the daughter of Qi Zhen. Fu Yao is bent on getting the Mystic Spirit Leaf from Wu Ji so he will help her find and break all the seals that her Uncle Zhou told her was her destiny.
