It’s said that around 90,000 people go missing in Japan each year, and even overseas this phenomenon is known as “johatsu.” Burdened with worries, some young people deliberately choose to disappear from society, cutting ties with their current lives and erasing their personal information through “yonige-ya” (night movers) or “disappearance brokers.” Against this backdrop, a young man from Singapore comes to Japan and, together with his companions, struggles to rescue a missing girl — a “boy meets girl” story born from the shadows of disappearance.

Kitty desperately seeks true love, sometimes foolishly. She runs into her biological mother, only to discover her step father is a peeping-Tom. She elopes with her classmate A Liang, but eventually betrays him. She finds comfort from Xiao Gu whom she met online, only to discover he is married. Kitty then meets Sunshine who gives her the love she wants, but she starts to doubt his feelings for her.

After his sudden rise to stardom, the actor Liu Yu Ming, nicknamed Bian Dang (Lunch Box), overruled his agency's objections and decided to get married. When the news spread, chaos reigned. His fans were very upset about his impending wedding and fights broke out outside the church. Then, they found out... the bride was a no-show. In the ensuing chaos, Bian Dang and his makeup artist, Xiao Qing, put on disguises and sneaked past the paparazzi.

The aggressive paparazzi forced Bian Dang to go into hiding. With no home to go back to, Xiao Qing introduced him to a strange place called "The Escape Pod." There was Poki who tried to escape his debt in Japan, Wen Zi Yu (Fish) who was running away from home, and there was the owner of The Escape Pod, Chuan Tou (The Captain). In this place, they began a magical love story of running away from and being ran away from.

This movie is my one of my favorite movie about government helping their citizen with matchmaking & finding a suitable marriage partner. This movie adapted from manga/comic book. Sato Kanta is an eye candy. A must watch movie.
