Minglan scolds Gu Ting Ye and leaves in a huff. Qi Heng confronts Gu Ting Ye about the marriage who goes to Sheng manor and is refused entry. Gu Ting Ye tells his family about his planned wedding and renovates his manor. Minglan tells her grandmother about Gu Ting Ye about his schemes. Old Madam Sheng tells her if she doesn’t agree, she would not allow the marriage. Gu TingYe requests the empress organise a polo match and Minglan is invited.

Minglan was in disbelief and I think she likes him but just... In shock at the situation. Oh... Ofc Qi Heng wld be mad, GTY knew about both of them breaking up and then gty wanted to marry minglan. I definitely understand qi Heng situation but like his mother said, it was not meant to be. His pray for her to hv a good husband was granted. Ksksksk not Ting Ye flaunting his connection skskks. Ouuu that eldest brother, keep minglan name out of your mouth!!! Hah! Now her grandmother can see how heated minglan talking about ting ye, like she really full of life. Not just bow her head and follow what she said like during he hongwen betrothal period. Wait... Rong'er was that big?? I mean it had been a long time since we last saw ting ye. Omg molan was there??? Ughhh. Wow his proposal to her showed how much he cares about her and knows about her. Hmm... Liang han right? The man who shouted to call gty, must be molan instigating her husband to cause trouble for ting ye. Ouuuuu she agreed in a roundabout way Yayyayayaya. Minglan successfully calmed her sister worries and cheered her up.
