The servants from the Gu house are causing trouble for Ming Lan, but she knows that action must be well-planned. Rumours swirl about how unfilial and rash Ming Lan and Ting Ye are and Ming Lan is troubled by them. Ting Ye's daughter Rong'er is getting along well with Ming Lan and is as bold as her father. I really like how the roles were reversed…

I really like how the roles were reversed here, woman doing the work while the man trying his best to seduce the woman to leave it skskss. The way I was smiling looking at the screen. Ming lan and ting ye were so cute. I know ting ye was a bit insecure coz he really likes her and he wanted to know and see that ming lan return the same feeling too. For now, he was being patient bcs they were newlyweds. Humph lady qin thought she cld mess with minglan. Oh at last Qi Heng appeared. Poor guy. That mom of his need to experience the greatness of minglan so she too wld be silenced!
