They heed the advice of the doctor to help her grandmother but her health remains uncertain for she is old.

Grandmother is poisoned. Believe it or not, but the poison is not traceable but related to the Ginko Plant, and the big madame did, but here's the twist: she did it unknowingly. she wanted the old madame to become ill for a few days (recall her humiliation at the hands of grandma) and she listened to Auntie Kang, who masterminded this plot. Of all the people to hurt!! Ming Lan won't rest until justice is served!!
