A good drama but they are also boring and annoying.

Hello, to all this drama has a good basic scenario but I found it too repetitive.

Han Ji Eun and Lee Yeong Jae are too much to yell at themselves even when they know they love each other, for me it was a bit boring and enervating.

Kang Hye Won and Yu Min Hyuk for me go better together, even if Kang Hye Won does everything to be with Lee Yeong Jae while debus she makes it clear for me that she loves him but that since he does not show what he feels, she prefers to be with Yu Min Hyuk.

Yu Min Hyuk will gradually fall in love with Han Ji Eun, even if he sees that for her he only has a good friend.

The friends of the female main character, for my part she is too kind to them even if at times her can be funny at other times they make you want to tell them ( their four truths and to go see go if I am ) sorry two expression use in france.

Overall I already suspected how it would end, I would have preferred more time where Han Ji Eun and Lee Yeong Jae are together as two person in love.
For my part I would have liked a break end of episode 9 and that they find themselves in the 11 and they could have faced the problems together at that time.

I wish everyone a good day and a big thank you for reading me.

So so drama..

I know many people will disagree with me but in my opinion thai version of full houseis muchmuch better than this.
I love rain and song hye and givingthis drama an 7.5 rating only for them..
Starting of this drama was very fun and good but after 5 6 episodes i lost interest in this drama..
Its very draggy and at some points unbearable..specially her fraud friend and her husband..i wanted to punch themm..in thai version they r not as annyoing as in kdrama..
I didn't like the ending of this drama its not as neat as thai version...
Only saving points of this drama were song hye rain and that bear song FL performed:p
Acting was very good and ost was also very nyc...
But u can still watch it one time.

Full House (2004) - It is hilariously good. I watched the drama in a day because I usually don’t do marathons nowadays but it’s a light-hearted drama, so it is so good. Though it was set years before, I can see some lacking parts of the scenes, but I still think it was good. I felt frustrations in both the female and male leads, but I guess it shows that I am affected with the story. Since Rain and Hye Kyo were still young in this drama, I could see the improvement in their acting nowadays. I really like how they keep me thrilled up until the end. I like it and it is fun to watch.

A Favorite to Watch

Full House is one of my all time favorite shows. The only thing I will say negative is that it always breaks my heart to watch two grown people, who obviously love each other, be so immature and continue to be childish and say things to hurt each other because they don't seem to know how to stop and just be honest and tell each other how much they love each other. The heart-wrenching drama can be a little much...but, in spite of that, I still love to watch Full House. Just watched it again last weekend...always a great way to just sit back and enjoy.

Contract, Chaos, and a Kind of Clumsy Magic

Rewatching Full House felt like flipping through an old diary — messy handwriting, too many exclamation marks, a little embarrassing, and yet… full of a strange kind of magic that still makes me smile. It’s easy now to pick at the flaws — the looped misunderstandings, the cartoonish slapstick, the moments that spin their wheels instead of evolving — but back then? It had me, completely.

There’s something undeniable about Rain and Song Hye-kyo in this. Not just chemistry in the swoon-worthy sense, but in the kinetic sense — the kind that lives in eye-rolls, slammed doors, and accidental intimacy. They bicker like they’ve been annoying each other for decades, and somehow that makes the soft moments land even harder. You don’t get fireworks; you get two people slowly realizing that the home they’ve been pretending to share might actually feel more real than anything else outside it.

Rain was chaotic in a way that should’ve been exhausting but wasn’t — mostly because his version of Young-jae feels like a boy trying (and failing) to perform the man he thinks he’s supposed to be. Song Hye-kyo’s Ji-eun was sharp, warm, and occasionally so emotionally stubborn I wanted to shake her — but I believed her. I believed she’d still hold on, even when she shouldn’t, because sometimes people cling to the fantasy before they realize it’s real.

Sure, the emotional growth is a little stunted. The story loops back on itself so often, I could predict the next misunderstanding by the background music alone. And some scenes aged like milk. But weirdly? I didn’t mind as much as I thought I would. Because under the melodrama and pacing hiccups, there’s a real pulse — a story about two lonely people trying to figure out how to live inside a space neither of them asked for… and accidentally building a life together anyway.

It’s flawed. It’s repetitive. And still, it got to me. Not because it’s perfect, but because it’s sincere. Because even now, with all its messiness, Full House still knows how to make a fake marriage feel like a real memory.

Full House is the first kdrama I ever watched. I watched it a few years after it aired, in 2008 and it really got me hooked!

I recently did a rewatch back in 2023 and it still held up as I remembered. The chemistry between the lead actors, Song Hye-kyo and Rain, was really good.

It's a heartwarming and enjoyable series to binge-watch, even with the cheesy cliches from the early 2000's because it's the perfect blend of laughter, tears, and romance!

The plot was fun and a lot like smiling pasta, but with less silliness. I enjoyed the relationship developement of this drama and how the characters changed over time. The acting was really well done, although the girl was a bit too much of a scatterbrain at times in the beginning -I think her character underwent the most change.

The Music was fine and I will rewatch this one in the future. Definately a must see if you like contract relationship dramas like Smiling Pasta, Drunken to love you, fated to love you, ect......

Rain stars in this classic, popular Korean drama that set the benchmark for all romantic comedies in the Hallyu Wave. I'll admit that the acting in this drama is horrible. Rain hadn't found who he was yet. He is great at action and comedy. However it is a well written story that sucks you in. It is a classic not to miss. once you get beyond the early, awkward acting.

Ugh

I am 8 episodes in and to be honest, I could’ve finished the shows time ago if the characters weren’t so frustrating.

I started watching the show because it had a promising premise: a forced cohabitation, fake dating and enemies to lovers. However, any potential that the show has is ruined by the fact that the hatred between these two is way too much. Almost every single episode is the same. They argue and yell over the smallest of things and then pretend they don’t care about each other but stay up until the night wondering where the other went which I hate in all shows tbh. I prefer when characters are straightforward with their feelings from the beginning which is obviously way too much to ask for but still.
Characters
One of my biggest issues resides within the ML. He is so unnecessarily rude for absolutely no reason. I try to like him but he doesn’t seem to have any redeeming qualities other than his face. He berates and belittles the FL at every opportunity he gets and when you think it is small teasing , he just continues. I honestly don’t understand the feelings the Fl s getting of him when he is always mean to her.
Another character I hate is the ML’s best friend (crush). She is the most entitled person I have seen. I believe she is aware of the ML’s feelings for her and uses it to her benefit. She is always calling and expecting him to be at her beck and call all the time. There is a specific scene in episode 8 where the ML says he can’t see her because he is busy and instead of accepting that she just tells him to meet her because she is waiting. And the most infuriating part is that the Ml listens every time and accepts it every time (does he not have self respect).
FL- to be honest I don’t hate or like her, I am almost indifferent towards her. I like her optimism and how she stands her ground to the ML. However, I don’t understand how she forgave her friends so easily after what they did.
The only character I like is the ML’s friend/ the guy working with FL. I like his transparency with the FL and in general. Also he seems to me to be a better fit in terms of romantic interest for the FL.

I might still continue the show due to hype around it and maybe it gets better from here because I do still have the other Hal to go.

I love this kdrama soooo much

People really mischaracterize the male lead in Full House. They call him toxic, but that’s because they watch with their eyes closed. He didn’t make her clean 24/7—he was basically a stranger giving her a home when her so-called “friends” betrayed and abandoned her. All he asked was some house chores in return, which is more kindness than most strangers would ever show. The truth is he cares for her in so many subtle ways, and the whole relationship is actually cute and heartwarming. Plus, the 2000s vibes are unmatched—the fashion, the style, the home itself as the center of the story—it’s all iconic. And honestly, the chemistry was just there. It has that same poor-girl-meets-rich-guy energy that people eat up in dramas like Business Proposal, so I don’t get why people hate on it. Also the music is soo good, if you like good romances def watch this.

Inconsistent characters

Right now I am enjoying watching this drama and I laugh most of the time eventhough I see bunch of red flags with this ML. Its very good drama but the thing that bothers me most are some characters here especially the ML, does he have split-personality disorder? One time he's like a narcissist egoistic immature devil, and then after a minute he's just like an angel has possessed him? I don't understand his personality here. Also for the second lead female, at first she doesn't like ML, and then when she knew he had married she suddenly wants him? Really? She has this narcissistic attitude like the ML. This scenario I'm rooting for the Main female and Second male because there's no problem with their personality and character and they have smoother relationship. In that case I think this drama don't take this seriously because in reality there's no such things, the characters here are very unrealistic. But I did find this entertaining and funny. Will finish the story anyways.
