This show is so real and so deep i cannot believe much less put it into words…. The fight between mother and daughter was sooooo relatable. And the struggles are too. I find myself much more invested than in any other kdrama so far! Huge fan

When he told his coworkers and his boss's reaction I literally was laughing out loud, when her mother wrote that note I teared up, when he said, "I'll stay with you" as she cried and she took his hand. I saw a really touching moment. He really has no expression but every time he speaks to her it's always with so much sincerity even if it isn't love yet.

In this episode, we get so much understanding about the struggles of several characters regarding life, relationships, jobs, social status...All the contract marriage thing is an excuse to discuss social situations that have deep roots in korean society and that are nowadays being more and more questioned by new generations. (That's different, in a good way of course, from many other dramas in which the marriage plot is just used as a basis for a cliche romance).
