I appreciate the way this episode made you…

I appreciate the way this episode made you despise Dr. Park but then humanized him. It didn't feel manipulative, but more like how you might actually encounter someone in real life, where you're faced with their behavior without any background info or explanation, but then after you get to know them, you hear something from someone or they share their own story with you, and you can understand their actions a bit. That being said, even though he had my sympathy, that still didn't excuse his actions of pushing all of his work and presentations onto Bo Young or trying to use his (comparatively) higher position to sell credit cards for his wife. I appreciated how the chief didn't apologize to him for scolding him, but you could tell he still felt bad for Dr. Park, so he helped him out, even as he reinforced what he had reprimanded him with earlier. But also, it's not like all of Dr. Park's slacking was because he was trying to balance his work with his home life. There were plenty of times he slacked off during work hours when he couldn't have been at home anyway or pushed difficult patients onto Bo Young when she had a break. Speaking of which, Bo Young, hon, you've got to value yourself more for christ's sake!
