Lu Yi advised Jin Xia too late, to reveal her gender. Lu Yi's cousin gives her a love token. Later when Jin Xia rejects her and tells her why Lu Yi's cousin is out for revenge. Lu Yi is gentle with the injured Jin Xia, which makes his cousin even angrier. Lu Yi defends Jin Xia to his cousin when she tried to convince him she is not a good person. His cousin and her maid both attempt to make Jin Xia jealous and when that does not work they plot to expose Jin Xia's bad motives to Lu Yi. Instead, a drunk Jin Xia ends up revealing how handsome she thinks Lu Yi is and the "secret" that she had kissed Lu Yi before. Meanwhile: Yan gives Zhai Lanye a mission and warns her to stay out of his business with Dr. Lin Ling. Someone is trying to set Wu An Gang to take the blame for some crimes. Preparations begin for the Flower Festival. Yang Yue buys a hair ornament for Shangguan.

Haish why Jinxia didn't tell the truth to ming er?? I fear it wld be bad when truth was exposed. Oh my god Jinxia did tell it straight to ming er... I do think ming er wld strike back at her... Hopefully it would not be that bad. LU YI NEEDS TO FIX IT. It was his fault too. Actually Ming er also should not be that mad... It just an accident. It was not on purpose coz jinxia didn't know ming er had feeling for her. I knew that ming er would be so vengeful and she would try to get in between jinxia and lu yi nooooo. At least Lu Yi called ming er out on her unruly behavior. Thank goodness he was smart. Also, I'm very happy that Jinxia didn't cower to that maid and stay true to herself. BRAVOOO. Very good Lu Yi, he defended Jinxia. Ming er never know the ruthless Lu Yi and now he showed a bit that he was not like the boy she knew years ago. Ofc that pig dong qisheng works to disrupt Wu An Gang. Hmm new character incoming? Si Ma. Wld he be an ally or a foe? Wld he really be ugly? Ughh that vengeful fox ming er! Hopefully this backfire and will benefit Jinxia instead. BTW LU YI LOOKS SO HANDSOME IN THAT WHITE OUTFIT(idk what to call it) AND HIS HAIRSTYLE *CHEFF KISS*
