Under the Power Episode 40

Lu leaves to meet General Yu, but not before giving Jin Xia a goodbye embrace. Lu Yi and Cen Fu are not met with a warm welcome. Lu Yi quickly tries to get up to speed on the terrain and the situation on the coast. For one reason or another, Yang Yue, Xie Xiao, Shangguan, Dr. Lin, Head Constable, and uncle are all traveling toward the coast. They all come together, just in time to fight off pirates. Yang Yue, having found Shangguan make their relationship official. Head Constable is injured and Yang Yue must take him back. The rest continue toward the coast. Jin Xia realizes she never answered Lu Yi and writes to Lu Yi. When he receives it, he is surprised there are only 3 words. Meanwhile, Mo Hai Feng talks to Yan, about wanting Lu Yi eliminated.
