Long Time No See (2017)

both are bls with some phenomenal angst, gang activity, amazing action scenes, and great actors. same general crime aura—but while Not Me is more social justice, Long Time No See focuses on the criminal underworld; however, they’re both really good for many of the same reasons!

Both movies about gay relationships in Korea with Korean men. Currently not all Korean BL movies are linked as recommendations so I think people will want to look at table manners too which is why I recommend checking it out.

One of the Main lead actors in one drama reminds me of the one in the other drama , especially the side profile of the actors in posters, haha.

The similarity of these two is the secret love of an assassin. Long Time No See is about two assassins falling in love with each other not knowing the identity of one another as enemy. Nevertheless, against their superior they've chosen love over their assignment. Whereas Bangkok Love Story is about an assassin develops feeling for his assigned target.

Just another LGBT+ romance drama. While plots are quite different... ie. in Long Time No See their worlds are kind of connected, but in To My Star, two people from different worlds collide (not literally, but you know).

Both The Heart Killers and Long Time No See are centered around a hitman based storyline that also includes BL or Gay Romance.

The Heart Killers is a Thai series.
Long Time No See is a South Korean film.

- Mafia and Crimes Vibes
- There's fighting scene
- Strong male lead
- Clingy male lead
- The exact love story, from not knowing each other > getting to know each other > liking each other > from liking to hating > from hating to forgiving > and became lovers again! ( the differences is LTNS is too short so kinda faster, and J&J is too long so it's slow burn )

Excellent South Korean gay film with a similar struggle and very well acted. A classic and favorite of BL watchers. Enjoy
