The Crown Prince of Li's body arrives at Ancient Stela Entry, and his death is honored by the Li Army. The next day, Gui Chen is embittered that General Xi was ordered to stand down and let the Li Army through to Revelation City, meaning all the lives lost were in vain. He honors the Iron Buddha for their sacrifice and bravery, releasing their burden to protect him, so they can go home and be with family. At the capital, Wu Yi claims he and his army are there to "protect" the Emperor, but it's clear that is not his real motive.
