Ji Ye escorts Princess Ying Yu to safety, and Wu Yi is able to escape the battle, but the Li army has suffered heavy losses. The generals occupy Shangyang Pass for the time being. General Fei is colluding with the Grand Princess and tries to take Xiao Zhou back to the capital, but General Cheng intercedes, hoping to take her instead. Ji Ye returns to make sure Asule and Xiao Zhou are ok and is thrown into the dungeon for breaking through the blockade with Princess Ying Yu.
