The Results Of The '42nd Japanese Academy Awards' Are In! Daisuke Goura sta sistemando gli oggetti della sua defunta nonna e si imbatte in una copia autografata di “E poi” di Natsume Sosuke. Si reca quindi alla Libreria d'Antiquariato Biblia per una valutazione e incontra la proprietaria del negozio, Shioriko. Solo prendendo in mano il libro, Shioriko riesce a capire il segreto che la nonna di Daisuke ha portato nella tomba: aveva avuto una relazione con il proprietario di questo libro e proprio lui potrebbe essere il nonno di Daisuke. Quest'ultimo comincia a lavorare nel negozio di Shioriko che gli confida un segreto riguardante la sua rara copia de “Gli ultimi anni” di Osamu Dazai. Modifica la Traduzione

The combination of the past stories with the contemporary mystery was good and it wasn't tiring as it went back and forth. The past romance was pretty intense and the love story was sweet and entertaining. However, the present little love story was not necessary and disappointing. The whole mystery with the book was a let down too, as the actual reason behind the crime was not well explained.
On the other hand, the cinematography was very artistic and the book theme was well presented. The performances were really good from everyone in the cast.
So, overall, five out of ten.
