Both have a celebrity with a curse. In Star with a secret he is hiding a big secret- he turns into a little boy after touching a woman. In the Beauty Inside the female celebrity has a similar curse (strange occurrence) where she must change into a different body and new identity for one week a month.

Han Se Gye is a top actress, also known as a troublemaker, with many rumors around her. To others, her life appears as a mystery, when in fact she is faced with a strange occurrence where she must change into a different body and new identity for one week a month. She encounters Seo Do Jae, a brilliant man who is an executive at an airline company. He seems to have it all: a perfect appearance, knowledge, and a good job; but he has a secret too. He suffers from Prosopagnosia, the inability to recognize faces. However, he manages to hide this from the world, every day he makes an effort to remember people by their personalities. Seo Do Jae's life begins to change when he meets Han Se Gye. She is the only person whose face he can recognize. But with Han Se Gye's constant disappearance and change, how long can she keep her secret?

These two are very different dramas, one is Korean drama and another one is Chinese drama. But, both male leads have somewhat blindness problems. In TBI male lead has face blindness disorder, while in Crush male lead is visually impaired. The pairing, the romance and chemistry in both dramas is excellent in every way.

Both the drams are very much the same. Very very similar. I'm sure anyone who like touch your heart will like The beauty inside you. Lot of romance and lot of dialogues.

It tells the story of Han Se Kye (Seo Hyun Jin), a top actress who must spend one week out of each month living in someone else’s body, and Seo Do Jae (Lee Min Ki), a brilliant man who suffers from prosopagnosia, the inability to recognize faces. While trying to overcome the unusual difficult challenges of their own lives, they end up finding each other to share their vulnerable sides with. Throughout the drama, it keeps on driving the question of whether you can love someone only for who they are on the inside and really makes you think.

Zhang Jing Yi is the FL in both. The chemistry is natural. The relationship had depth. However, BEITD does not have a satisfactory ending.
