Scent of a woman it's more romantic, and Yuuki doesn't have romance at al, but both of them will make you cry if you have a hearth.personaly i liked Yuuki more(maybe because of Kam-kun)because I was in the mood of watching something serious and deep. The first one won't make you laugh and both of them will make you think of how lucky you are to be healthy.
They are both great dramas which are a must watch.

What would you do if you knew you were dying soon?

Both dramas tell stories of those with numbered days to live and their journey to cross out that one last thing on their bucket list. They explore the themes of life and death, being grateful for little miracles, and self discovery.

"If You Wish Upon Me" tells the stories of those who work and live in a hospice, specifically of the Genie Team who goes about fulfilling the last wishes of the hospice's patients. "Scent of a Woman" tells the story of a woman who decides to take control of her last moments in life to do everything she kept putting off.

Warning: both dramas will make you cry.

Both have a different kind of female lead. They're not like the usual Main female characters, really out of the ordinary compared to others. Definitely addicting to watch!

In both drama you are bound to cry your eyes out watching the love stories develop. Through thick and thin, through various hardships and struggles you see a beautiful yet heartbreaking and flawed romance. The difference of the two drama lies on the choices of our main characters and how they deal with the terminal illness.

Same theme: Love in the midst of sickness and same message enjoy love and life while it last. The situation on this one is different. The writer manage a sad theme beautifully positive.

Same lead heroine, same gutsy approach to the world more or less - except that our lady in Scent of a Woman starts to forge her own path once she's been told she has six months to live. It is sweet and poignant and may be more tear-inducing than Sam Soon, but still worth it in my opinion.

Both involve a person, strugling with an illness that doesn't seem treatable. In Both the mains meets their partners in the middle of the battle and the discovery. Both they and their partner are scared and make some questionable human choices. Both treat the illnesses with respect, while adding some love and a possitive humane angle of the issues. Both dramas deserve better recognision.
