The appearance of the heart scrying mirror necklace, in his dream, alerted him that something was wrong. He woke up from the dream state. Li ChenLan thinks about Zhao Yao saying she hates him. Zhi Yan tries to convince Zhao Yao to go explain herself to Li ChenLan, adding that she thinks he is a good person.
